The Sagamu–Benin Expressway carries traffic between Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Edo States — a constant flow of the trucks we serve. From Ososa, we are walk-in distance for the RFL transporter panel and within easy reach of the wider east-bound haulage network.

100% civils / 95% MEP. Equipment installation under way across all 16 service-line bays. Spare-parts cargo inventoried.
All equipment commissioned. Facility staff recruited and trained. Brand standards applied. Customer-journey map dry-run with TGL®Trucking trucks and mock walk-ins.
Full operating-day dry run. Business Team and Facility Team joint review. Issues identified and fixes implemented before 1 November.

A weekly facility report is delivered to the Office of the CEO. Equipment downtime is held below 5% of scheduled operating hours. Stock-out rate for fast-moving items is held below 3% in any month. Every HSE incident, accident or near-miss is logged within four hours, root-caused within seven days and mitigated within thirty.
Ososa is a community. TYard® is being built to be welcomed. Engagement with the Ososa community leadership, the Ogun State Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Federal Road Safety Corps, the Vehicle Inspection Office and Sagamu Local Government Area is a permanent part of how we operate — not a launch-day event.
Ososa is the prototype. Lagos, Abuja, Itapele and inland sites follow.
What we build at Ososa — the layout, processes, signage, equipment placement, safety protocols and operating rhythms — becomes the template for every subsequent TYard® Station. We will replicate it with minimal variation.
