TYard® is a scalable business focused on world-class support services for road haulage logistics operations.
TYard® Ltd (RC. 8844651) was incorporated on 21 September 2025. The business was borne from the experiences of Taxaide Global Logistics Ltd (TGL®), specifically its Trucking Division (TGL®Trucking) — built on fifty-one months of operating history from December 2021 through March 2026.
We exist because the road haulage logistics industry in Nigeria has been waiting for someone to bring discipline, scale and professionalism to its support services. Through years of running trucks ourselves, we have learned what good looks like, what bad looks like, and what the gap is.
A single TYard® Station, fully-equipped and digitised, can attend to many customers and grow revenue without proportional growth in capital cost. Ososa is the prototype for Lagos, Abuja, Itapele and inland sites to follow.
The TYard® Managed Trucks Service and the TYard® Trucks Maintenance + Repair Service (TMR®) reinforce each other — every managed truck is a captive TMR® customer; every TMR® bay served by an external transporter is a potential managed-trucks counterparty.
TYard® sits within a group of operating companies each playing a specialised role in the haulage value chain.
The parent company. TYard® was borne from the experiences of TGL®'s Trucking Division operating on Nigerian roads — and remains part of the wider TGL® Group.
The Trucking Division of TGL®'s Operating Lease Business. Anchor customer to TYard® on day one — its fleet is the first cohort serviced through TMR®, and its operating-lease arrangements with Rite Foods are the basis for the Managed Trucks Service.
Our import and supply-chain arm. Manages importation of TMR® equipment and spare-parts inventory under licence, with warehousing, customs clearance and equipment installation coordination.
Project Management partner for the TYard® Station, Ososa. Construction Project Management responsibility from civils through MEP, equipment installation and commissioning.
The construction partner physically delivering the TYard® Station at Ososa, working alongside 1st Truckstops® under a single integrated master schedule.
Anchor commercial customer at launch — via TGL®Trucking's existing operating-lease relationship. RFL operates a 1,121-truck transporter panel from which our Y1 onboarding pool is drawn.
The TYard® Maintenance + Repair Team — technicians and administrators originally assembled under TGL®Trucking, now formally constituted as TYard®'s organising spine with certified leads across all 12 service lines.
On 12 February 2026, the Group CEO issued TYard®'s founding mandate. It set out a single foundational standard — and three explicit things to do.
Organise the existing TGL® M+R Team — the Technicians and Administrators assembled under TGL®Trucking — into the TYard® Trucks Maintenance + Repair Team (TMR®), delivering all twelve service lines and more.
Working with the 1st Truckstops® and 1st Konstruct® teams, complete the TYard® Station, Ososa — as a prototype facility and the first of many TYard® Stations across the country.
Working with TGL® International Trade, facilitate the importation of the first approved cargo of spare parts and equipment for TYard®'s operation.
The Group's road-haulage operator begins what becomes a fifty-one month operating history under contract to large FMCG shippers.
Detailed performance analysis of 1,121 trucks across 37 transporters informs the calibration of the Managed Trucks Service model.
RC. 8844651 registered under Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission. Formal corporate vehicle established.
Twelve technical service lines codified as the unambiguous standard. Ososa identified as prototype facility.
Managed Trucks Service formally adopted as second commercial line. Construction at 25%. Six months to pre-commercial launch.
Limited operations open for TGL®Trucking and pilot 3rd-party owners. Friendly-customer phase begins.
Open to the full RFL transporter panel and external customers. Pricing, SLAs and marketing fully active.
From the security at the gate to a tyre apprentice in a bay, every member of the TYard® team works to the same five standards.
TYard® will be the most disciplined logistics support operation on Nigerian roads. Punctuality, written records, signed work, clean uniforms, polite communication.
Nobody goes home injured. No exceptions, no excuses. PPE worn, procedures followed, near-misses reported. Every accident logged within four hours and root-caused within seven days.
Customers — owners, anchors, walk-ins — get a predictable experience every time. The diagnostic, the estimate, the timeline, the price, the work — all match what we promised.
If it is not written down, it did not happen. Every job, every owner statement, every HSE incident, every customer interaction — recorded in our systems.
TYard® is a registered trade mark. Use it correctly. Apply brand standards uniformly across signage, uniforms, livery, and customer-facing materials.
