Under the TYard® Managed Trucks Service, third-party truck owners hand over operational responsibility — and receive fixed-rate interest plus capital amortisation in equal monthly instalments. You earn a predictable annuity; we bear the operational and utilisation risk.
A model calibrated on 51 months of TGL®Trucking operating data and the Rite Foods Transporter Evaluation Panel.
TYard® values your truck at an agreed capital amount based on tier and condition grade.
That capital is depreciated over the truck's useful life and returned to you as monthly cash.
A fixed rate is paid on the declining (depreciated) book value, in equal monthly instalments.
TYard® bears operational and utilisation risk. Your annuity is predictable regardless.
Every truck offered for onboarding is mileage-tested and condition-graded A / B / C. Tiering reflects the reality of the addressable third-party fleet at Ososa, which is predominantly used vehicles.
Premium trucks new from the dealer, suitable for the longest engagement and highest capital base.
Lightly-used trucks with most of their economic life ahead. The sweet spot for owners with recent acquisitions.
The bulk of the addressable fleet — and approximately 70% of our Y1 onboarding mix.
Trucks graded C are either rejected at inspection, or onboarded at a discounted capital reflecting refurbishment investment by TYard®. Inspection and grading are part of the standard pre-onboarding workflow.
A clear, published interest-rate framework so owners know exactly where they stand — at signing, and at every re-pricing.
